2.4 Excluded Persons. Current or former employees of 3jlp, its affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of those persons are excluded from participating in real-money gaming on the platform, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) 3jlp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 KYC Verification. 3jlp is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport) and any additional documents reasonably requested by 3jlp. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until compliance is achieved.
3.4 Prohibition on Account Transfer. 3jlp accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise dispose of your account or its contents to any third party.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3jlp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
4.2 Suspected Breach. If you suspect that your 3jlp account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 3jlp support immediately via the platform's live chat. 3jlp may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 3jlp may require OTP-based two-factor authentication for login and withdrawal requests. You agree to keep your registered mobile number current and accessible.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 3jlp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the platform at the time of the request.
5.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. You may not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, and by depositing you confirm that your funds comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. 6.1 Wagering Requirements. 6.2 Bonus Abuse. 3jlp reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, low-risk betting strategies designed to systematically clear wagering requirements, or collusion between players.
6.3 Expiry. Bonuses and associated free spins expire on the date specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
6.4 Promotional Changes. 3jlp reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. 10.2 3jlp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.
10.3 3jlp's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your 3jlp wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

12.1 Age Restriction. 3jlp strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded, with winnings forfeited.
12.2 Player Protection Tools. 3jlp provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately or within 24 hours as specified at the time of activation.

13.1 By 3jlp. 3jlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void or withhold any pending or completed transactions, if: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) required by law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority; or (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your 3jlp account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process, provided all KYC and compliance requirements are met.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by 3jlp — your licence to access the platform is immediately revoked. All accrued loyalty points, active bonus credits, and pending free spins are forfeited unless otherwise stated at the time of closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to 3jlp's customer support team for attempted resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
